It's official and he's the perfect choice - should be awesome :)

For Murdock my choice would be Jim Carrey...not sure on the others.

I'm too young to remember A-Team, but Bruce is a solid actor.

Love how much older stuff is making a comeback!
Update: Once again allowed on polk forums from work! New job yaaaay. Well sorta.

"Supposed" to be more hard edged than the show (people may actually fall over and die when shot at etc.)

We'll see - I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to movies - I'm not gonna miss it.

This could trun out to be a great movie. I liked the show a lot when it aired.

Who's gonna play Mr. T? How about Ving Rhames?

Woody Harrelson is pretty much locked in as Murdock now (which is a good choice, IMHO). Ice Cube is still in talks to play B. A. Baracus... and I think he'd be brilliant in that role!

Not that I've ever seen the show, but I just can't get over seeing the words "Ice Cube" and "brilliant" in the same sentence. There is just something that is not quite right about it, but I can't quite put my finger on it... :p

I think this could be a great movie. I loved the show growing up and didnt mind a 40 minute shootout with automatic weapons where nobody ever got shot - or seeing a helicopter crash into the side of a mountain, burst into flames, roll down the hill and the two occupants walk out of it!

Still a great show and Im a huge Bruce Willis fan and think he'd pull it off.

Ice Cube is also a lot of fun in movies. Should make a good BA but I think Michael Clark Duncan would of made a better one. Ice Cube is great but he's fat.

Ice Cube would make a great B. A. Barracus. B.A. was all about attitude, and Ice Cube has tons of it. Michael Clark Duncan would definitely be an equally good choice.

BTW dbaldus -- Ice Cube has become quite successful as a movie producer. He's a rags to riches kinda guy. Others have been called brilliant for doing less.

Interesting, I guess I just don't follow him much! Looks like someone caught me putting Ice Cube in with all of the other rappers (most of which I assume are pretty talent-less) :o

Regardless, I didn't realize that B. A. Barracus was actually Mr. T, but now that I do now I could see Ice Cube as being a good Mr. T (he has the serious, tough looking face).

Hell yeah! However, in real life, Ving is a preacher, link to Ving's beliefs

Don't be fooled by Ice Tea's clever apperarance on law and order. In his heart he is a thug, nothin more, nothing less. Ice Tea is an American thug, promtes gansta rap, black on black violence, nothing at all redeemable about this man. link to gansta behaviors Go read his biography in you grades schools:rolleyes:

Interesting contrast between two people who exhibit completely differeny on screen personalities much different from their real life behaviors.

Just say no to Ice Tea.

    I LOVED THE A-TEAM!!!

Probably my favorite show growing up. My 2 brothers, my dad, and I used to watch the show together every week. No one can do more with a busted down truck / tractor, some rusted barrels, chicken wire, and a welder than the A-team.

Second place would probably be the "Myth Busters."

This seems like an odd project for John Singleton.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
