I believe I'm getting the first pair of Copperbacks ever made. :D

Still a good price, thanks Nick.

    LOL.

    They still sound good.:D

Just be very careful when handling them. Its very easy to break the copper core.

If anyhting ever happens to them I think AQ will replace them or fix them for free.

    Now pay me!:D

    Cheers

No. They look just like the ones that are on the AQ website. They look just like there new ones. They might be there new ones for all I know. I bought them from Willow. Maybe he knows.

They were already for sale. I assumed the reason you read the review was because you seen them for sale and then researched them.

But you know what they say about assumptions...

I'll let you know right away if something happens and SK doesn't want them. But I just him my Paypal info so he could make payment so I don't think he is going to pass on them. But stranger things have happened before.

Sorry MKZ, funds sent. I'm mixing things through, so they may end up back here soonish. The "Copperbacks' reference: Diamondbacks + Copperheads = Copperbacks.
I think the construction is much the same between the two, just the DB's have a third conductor which is only used as a drain in a non-balanced setup.

That's not a problem SK. I'm not trying to jump in front of you. I don't think I'll see the difference bet: the two since I'm trying to use it for TV.
