Do the math. I have 16 sl2000's (well now 20 counting the 1b's) in 4 pairs of sda's. So make that $1000 in savings :)

This thread isn't about tweeters but if you want to re-hash something that's already been discussed, knock yourself out.

This thread is about the incredible soundstage of the sda's.

    Oh really!?!
It's not the tweeters fault if they make your ears hurt and give you a headache although the tweeters can be improved on by changing their crossover point so that a smaller range of the harsh mids are passed to the tweeters. What you are hearing is the sda effect which is only accentuated by the very musical, detailed and precisely clear tweeters.

You mention tweeters 4 times in one paragraph and 2 more times in your first post alone!

No around 100 bucks delivered so if they don't sound as good or not happy whoop dee doo guess they got me.

The smiley meant I was joking. I'm well aware what RD0's cost having bought several pairs myself. Jokes just don't come across well on the screen.

    .

Unless the word tweeter doesn't mean tweeter to you. It seems this thread is about tweeters too.

If you can't handle a thread I started to commend the greatness of the sda's, that's not my problem :p

As an observer only, of this SL2000"WC" theory. Has anyone else on the forum
actually heard or tried the modification?

I think you should. Anyone with any kind of sense, and a small amount of crossover knowledge can see without having to try the wonder cure that Polk couldn't figure out in the 10 years they used the tweeters:rolleyes: Does anyone have to tell you not to piss on an electric fence, or would you just trust that. Stick around a while, and you will figure out how much of a crack pot he really is.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I think CL is on some kind of weird drive. He must be getting a dollar for every time someone implies he is an idiot. This would put him in near millionaire status by now.
