Lsi15's and LsiC with Rti10 surrounds?

Just wondering if it is okay to match the Lsi series fronts/center with Rti series surrounds? Or, would it be better to get Rti series all the way around? I really like the Lsi's and I'm thinking about getting some to complete the fronts but I want to make sure they will sound all right together. Any thoughts? :)

I really don't think it's that big of a deal unless you listen to a lot of 5 channel SACD music
For the discreet and special effects sounds of HT, it doesn't matter that much. I listen to music in stereo and, because of space constraints, use my little Monitor cubes for HT surrounds and they blend in fine. Where timbre matching matters most is up front. I think your RTi's will work just fine.

It is fine to mix and match on the surrounds. I used the LSiFxs in my Gallo setup and it sounded great, and have also heard RTi setups with cheap surrounds that sounded good to.

    Don't lose sleep over it.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

agreed. i've never used "matching" rear speakers because of the need for small and unobtrusive. may not be perfect, but haven't noticed any problems.
