1. You whine when threads get closed for PC reasons.
2. You whine when threads that you don't agree with don't get closed.
3. You whine when your posts get deleted.
4. You whine when members get banned for acting like a horse's arse.
5. You whine when members don't get banned for acting like a horses's arse.

Drink more wine. Do less whining. Live happily ever after.

I'm most likely dumb to try this but, c'mon dude. Now you're starting threads just to create controversy & to stir up anger.

Why on earth would you do that?

Not my intention at all. Try looking at it from the opposite angle (more wine, less whining).

I understand the point you're trying to make. However, with your perhaps unintentionally earned track record of irritating people around here, any suggestions that come from you will likely only add to people's irritation & therefore make them dislike you even more.

For what it's worth, my advice is that if you plan to stick around here, try figuring out what comments you can make that would endear you to people, rather than annoy them. If you want to make friends, try being one.

The people here can be pretty nice and very helpful. If, however, that's not what you're looking for, then you'll be happier - maybe - elsewhere.

    Good luck.

Well said BF! Knocked it right out of the park!

CL, you have already been banned once from here for your penchant for causing strife, I would have thought that you would have learned your lesson when you were given a 2nd chance.

Keep it up, & you will probably get a permanant ban. Either put the one's you snipe with on ignore or stop provoking them. As well as provoking everyone else while you are at it who might agree with you but totally dislike how you go about stating it.

    I don't like wine.

    I like beer.

In some of my songs I have casually mentioned
The fact that I like to drink beer
This little song is more to the point
Roll out the barrel and lend me your ears

I like beer. It makes me a jolly good fellow
I like beer. It helps me unwind and sometimes it makes me feel mellow (makes him feel mellow)
Whiskeys too rough, champagne costs too much, vodka puts my mouth in gear
This little refrain should help me explain as a matter of fact I like beer
    (he likes beer)

My wife often frowns when were out on the town
And I'm wearing a suit and a tie
Shes sipping vermouth and she thinks I'm uncouth
When I yell as the waiter goes by

I like beer. It makes me a jolly good fellow
I like beer. It helps me unwind and sometimes it makes me feel mellow (makes him feel mellow)
Whiskeys too rough, champagne costs too much, vodka puts my mouth in gear
This little refrain should help me explain as a matter of fact I like beer
    (he likes beer)

Last night I dreamed that I passed from the scene
And I went to a place so sublime
Aw, the water was clear and tasted like beer
Then they turned it all into wine (awww)

I like beer. it makes me a jolly good fellow
I like beer. it helps me unwind and sometimes it makes me feel mellow (makes him feel mellow)
Whiskeys too rough, champagne costs too much, and vodka puts my mouth in gear
Aw, this little refrain should help me explain as a matter of fact I love beer
    (yes, he likes beer)

Historians have been able to track the exact camping sites set up by the Lewis and Clark expedition.
They were able to get good estimates by using Clark's journals, but they were able to find the exact sites by finding the traces of mercury that the travellers left behind at every site.

Where'd the mercury come from ? Over half the crew suffered from syphillis and were taking mercury for "the cure". Whenever they went to the bathroom, they left behind traces of mercury.

    And now you know.

What's this have to do with whine/red wine ?

    ....Hell, I don't know; I wasn't on the expedition.

I would suggest drinking that next to the toilet.
