Welcome Jason.
I would suggest waiting until you have all of your speakers purchased & then getting 1 5-7 200wpc amp and then you won't have to consider amplification ever again unless it breaks.
Otherwise, both of those choices will work with the 12's.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2 -
I run a D-sonic Magnum 1000S and the sound is amazing, go for the ICEpower. It runs cool all day, not even getting warm. Very good control over bass, and midbass in the 12s. You'll like it, Dennis offers excellent customer support as well. For the rest of my speakers I run outlaw M2200 monoblocks.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
