Which recievers are out there that decode the new hd audio formats like dts-hd and dolby true hd? Also, it would need to be able to handle 4ohm speaker loads (at least for the LSiC and LSiFX's). Thanks.

Both Onkyo and Denon's new current line up can decode those audio formats on the mid to higher range models. As for what can drive LSis, I believe the high end models can drive them but not as optimally as separate amps (old debate ;)) ...

A center channel is pretty demanding as well.I wouldn't drive 3, 4 ohm speakers with a receiver. But thats me.Look for a 5 channel amp, sell the 2 channel to help fund and you'll be as happy as a clam.

You can also get a 3ch. amp for the front end and drive the rears off the receiver.
