Little Tube Ipod Thingies? We Got 'Em.

The little tube integrated amps that are being marketed as Fat-Boys or Fat-Man? I got 4 of them brand new in the box. Comes with the Ipod docking station and a pair of black lacquer two-ways. Cables and stuff too. Local Pickup only, $200 each.

I'm going back tonight to try and get more.

    If allowed I will pay $100 via paypal and the other $100 when I pickup. It may take a while for me to pick up since I just moved from exit 8A to Hillsborough, but very interested......Dibs?

    Maingey, it's taken you quite some time to make a trip over here. You don't have to put a down payment in. If you say you want one and your coming (sooner or later), it's here for you.

    The deal here is, the box is too big to stick inside another box and ship. The box it's in does not appear to me that it will stand the rigors of shipping, ESPECIALLY with more than one item in the box (speakers, amp, docking station)

    I have to go back in there today and will see about getting even more.

    Fair enough George... I did meet once to buy his CS350, and that took almost a month for me to get out to his place.....

    Well, I went back today and picked off a couple more. I have 6 in-house. One for me, one for Maingey (You're in now son). That leaves four.

    I'm literally 5 minutes from Exit 5, 15 minutes from Exit 7 Mainge. You're in and out if that's what you want.

    Zingo, it is not attached in any way at all. It is a pair of speakers, a docking station for an Ipod, and a completely separate tube integrated amp, with two line inputs and the input from the docking station. Comes with neat little speaker cables that look fairly well insulated against RF and they terminate at both ends in banana plugs. It is currently being marketed elsewhere as the "Fat-Man" amp and docking station, MINUS the speakers, for $399 (although they offer shipping).

    There is a good image of it in the Clubhouse forum (4 or 5 pages back) in a thread titled "Attention BX Shoppers" started by me.

    The price is a no brainer for you local yokels. $200 for hybrid integrated amp? Are you kidding me? Consider the dock and speakers a bonus. The dock has it's own external power supply (wall wart), and can be used with ANY system, not just this one.

    And the Ipod dock is remote controllable. I just realized Doro posted an image on this thread. That is the exact amp and docking station I am selling, MINUS the Fat-Boy stenciling on the front, and ADDING a pair of speakers. The image that Doro posted is what AudioAdvisor will sell you for $399. No cables, no speakers.

    The integrated amp has two sets of RCA inputs and detachable power cord. Little toggle switch on the front to switch between inputs, a power switch, headphone jack, and a volume control knob. That's it. Too cool.
