I'm debating on which platform I should purchase this for.

Does anyone know if this was built for one and ported to the other? Should it be better on one than the other, or the same?

Thoughts?

I have heard that the 360 has the edge by a very small amount.

I picked it up for the 360 last night. Started playing this morning, it starts out a little slow and the controls are a PITA. I'll give it a chance though.

Well this does not sound promising for a game that is getting reviews of 9/10. I have it but have yet to even look at it. Just to many damn games right now.

if both platforms were exactly alike, i'd choose the 360 version for the controllers alone. i don't like the feel of the ps3's controllers one bit.

Wow okay I read the Gamespot review of 9. I thought for some reason IGN gave it a higher score than 7.5. Oh well not to big of a deal. Right now it is just a great 3 months to be a 360 owner with all these great games coming out.

I've read mixed reviews also. I'll probably play some more tonight or tomorrow.

The game is great, IMO. NOT a game everyone will love, which is why there are mixed reviews.

I think a lot of people dislike games with in-depth stories where there's a lot of talking. There is a lot of in-game story stuff going on (at least so far) and people might find that slow.

The controls, to me, are fine. The concept is definitely interesting. There's a lot of Prince of Persia type stuff.

After playing so much balls to the wall stuff like halo and Gears, I think I'll enjoy something a bit slower paced.

The REAL question is, which to play first, this or Crysis? Oh, the agony!!!

You're right. They were just a little intimidating at first.

Most will agree Crysis is way better. I found it to be completely overhyped (based on the demo).

Thanks for the reviews. I guess I'll pass and get COD4 instead.

My type of game for sure, nothing wrong with alittle talking and story line (RPG)...:p

Prince of Persia was ok, other than the crappy cam angles..

If AC is have as good as the trailers make it to be, it should be great,,,
