Don't they have the keyhole in the back the way the 3's do?

It has a small mount bracket on the back but I have no idea how to actually make that functional enough to mount. I drop 200 watts in those and usually have them cranked. I need to make sure they can be held solid for a good amount of time up there.

My 3's are mounted by the keyhole bracket with nice sturdy, long nails into the studs that are in the wall. Mine are getting 405wpc & they are solid as a rock on there.

Any chance you can drop a picture of that real close to the back mount so I can see?

No I can't since I don't have a digital camera. The other thing that keeps it close to the wall is that I use 16 guage speaker wire bare naturally since bananas would get in the way.

Silverti - The keyhole bracket was designed to do exactly what you want to do. They won't start bouncing off the walls when you have deep bass, believe me.

Get a wood screw, nail or anchor that's fits your application and enjoy.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
