Matching SDA II's w/ RD0-194's to new Center Channel CSi5

Thanks to the advice of some other Club Polksters, I will be purchasing new RD0-194's to replace my SL2000 tweeters (one is blown anyway) in my new SDA-II's.
I had planned to purchase a CSi5 as a new center channel speaker (per the instructions on the Polk site)... but will it still be a good (timbre) match with the SDA-II's once the new RD0's are installed?
Thanks again for your help,
John

Polk doesn't recommend discontinued speakers...personally, I think the CS400 or 400i is a closer match...also the CS350LS gets recommended a bunch.
Combo rig:
Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B

Those model numbers you suggested dont look like "center channel" speakers to me... maybe I am misunderstanding what you are telling me? I went back to Polk's center channel page on their wesite and don't see the numbers you're quoting anywhere. maybe you misread my post?...
But either way, thanks for your help. Let me re-say what I meant above just in case it's hard to understand:
I just purchased a used pair of SDA II's (2nd generation) from a friend. I discovered a blown tweeter after I hooked them up & listened to them, so I'll be purchasing all new (Qty. 4) RD0-194 tweeters new from Polk in a week or so to replace the SL2000's that are in there, thanks to the suggestions of many polksters here in the forums....
My question is, when I replace the current tweeters (SL2000's) with the newer RD0 tweeters, will the CSi5 center channel speaker still be a good 'timbre' match' when I'm done?
Thanks again for your help,

About a year ago (when I joined this forum) I was given the advice to replace an original blown tweeter in my SDA2 with the current gen. I went ahead and replaced all 4 with whatever was recommended here. I can't remember whether that was the SL2000. Is the RDO more recent? Were the originals SL1000? Help! (You can tell I'm not up to date). Thanks.

I think it was back in 2003 that they started offering the "new and improved" versions of the SL1000, 2000 and 3000 tweeters. The RD0-194 is the replacement for the SL1000 & SL2000 and the RD0-198 is the replacement for the SL3000 (which was used in the TL series SDA's and RTA's).
Hope that helps...Richard? Who's your favorite Little Rascal? Alfalfa? Or is it........................Spanky?.................................Sinner. -
Thanks for that link above... when you navigate to polk/speakers/center and look at the lists you can't navigate (or it doesnt specifically say) the model numbers you had specifiacally quoted above.
So, with that out of the way, you think that the the cs400i is a good (timbre) match for an old pair of SDA II's with the newer RD0-194 tweeters installed, do you? Doesn't look like the cs400i's have the same tweeter... will that make it sound different? -
