Would the outlaw monoblocks 2200 be a good match and be powerful enough to drive some lsi9's? I was gonna just get one and test it out on one of my rti8's

I never had tried them. are they bright sounding amps or what? What about an adcom gfa555 2 channel amp instead of the blocks for the lsi9's?

Either of those choices will do just fine. I've had the mono's & they are great little beasts!

ooo that outlaw m2200 is not bi wireable...is that bad ? Also I was looking at the older m 200 model and just seems it has more inputs , xlr, whatever that is for. Should I go for the older model being that I am just needing the extra power? I am not sure what makes the newer model better.

what's the big deal these days with everyone wanting to bi wire there speakers? it some cases there is little or no difference.. and in other's there is some difference... i say get the 200 watt amp, forget bi wiring and call it good..

They are basically the same except that the 2200 the xlr connectors. Which are only helpful if you have a receiver or prepro that has xlr connectors as well.

The mono's are just that one for each speaker, so biwiring isn't needed.

Are outlaw amps still under warranty if they are purchased from someone selling on ebay or audiogon?

The monoblocks are Class G switching amps. If it were my money I would prefer the more traditional A/B designs for anything but sub duty. I've never heard the outlaws but have heard switching based car audio amps & always kinda prefered a/b over them, could be psycoacustical but never the less.

They run class A/B up to a certain point & then if needed they will go into G.

They are relatively lightweight 20lbs & make your speakers sing.

Would I be able to hook up 2 monblocks using my hk480 harman kardon receiver? There is just 2 jacks for a pre out. One white and one red.
