If you ended up with the NAD - I would run it for all channels in a 5.1 (or 7.1) system. If you ran it for 5 channels, I would guess the output to be close to 200wpc. (with 2 channels idling)
As far as the Behringer goes - while some have used them with reported good sucess, you will not find much love here for Pro Audio amps used in a home environment. I would not care either way (no opinion) but many say the sound quality of Pro Amps is not worth the upgrade. If it is somewhere you can return them if you dont like them (like a local guitar center) give it a shot and report back what you think of the upgrade.

Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms) -
Here would be a nice 3 channel option for half the price of the NAD....Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)

sorry Im a noob, what are pro audio amps? so if I got the behringer amps even though the wattage looks really good for the EP1500 it probably wouldnt sound nearly as good as say an outlaw 2200?

found one used in good con. for $1000
Power Amplifier NAD T973
Continuous power out into 8 ohms 7 x 140W (21.5dBW)
Rated distortion (THD 20Hz-20kHz) 0.03%
Clipping power (0.1% THD) 170W (22.1dBW)
IHF dynamic headroom at 8 ohms +1.4dB
IHF dynamic power 8 ohms 230W (24dBW)
4 ohms 390W (26dBW)
2 ohms 450W (26.5dBW)
Damping factor ref. 8Ω, 50Hz >300
Frequency response 20Hz-20kHz +0, -0.2dB
Input impedance R and C 50K
Input sensitivity (for rated output into 8 ohms) 1.1V
Voltage gain 29.0dB
Signal to noise ratio, A-weighted ref. 1W 95 dB
ref. rated power 125dB
so it does not rate the wattage in 4ohm? what is the 390w at 4ohm mean? I want to take full advantage of my speakers do you think this amp will do it or will the behringer amps be better? -
After reading I really want to go with a couple of crown xls-402d's for $162 shipped each if they extend the rebate. How many should I get? They are 2ch amps so should I hook them up like that or should I bridge them with the lsi's 1 amp per speaker?

While bridging does double power - it also doubles distortion. If that amp is the direction you want to go, I would just run them one channel per side. (like normal)
If it is a special sale that is ending soon, you could get 3 and run all channels from it. (provided you are running 5.1) If not and you can get them for close to that price all the time, I would just get one and see if you like the sound you are getting. if so, get more.
