FX1000's or LSIFX?

Which do you think are a better set?

    That depends on what speakers you have now. One school of thought is to match the tweeters of your HT system. So if you have RT speakers, maybe the 1000s. Other ways around for the LSI series. There is a lot of talk about how people like Polk using the Ring tweeter in the LSI series, but a lot of Polkheads like the warm sound of the tri-laminate tweeter. Another thing to think about is condition. You can buy a pair of LSIFXs new or used mostlikely in good condition. FX1000s will not be new and the condition could be anything. I have the RT series surround speakers and I love them. Does that mean I wouldn't use a pair of LSIs and love them as much or more? No, but I also don't have the money. I hope this helps.
