Akai 280D-SS in magnificent shape. Plexiglass dust cover has a couple burnish spots and that's it. I don't have any open reel tape, and this machine didn't come with a take-up reel. When I hold the tension-bars closed with my fingers it goes right into "PLAY" mode and the motor engages. All lights work and there isn't a scratch on either the fascia or the sides. Discrete 4-channel record capability. $150 local pick-up only, slightly negotiable, all proceeds go to handicapped kids.

Hi George,
Let it simmer a day or two. If no one else is interested, and you don't need it out of your house immediately (I can pay immediately, but may need some slack in getting there to pick-up), I'll take it. -
I'm in no rush Mike. Be worth it just to meet you.

The children you two will produce should be immediately put up for adoption.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Very nice player! Nice pickup Mike!
The Quad version of this player is going for a BIN of $699 on eBay. Look HereCarl -
That's the machine. Nothing but fair prices here. BUT, anybody wants it for only $599, I'm here.
You'd have to be out your mind to pay $700 for one of these. $300 maybe if it's nice and you can do local. -
Okay, time's up.
George, PM me your address again please.
