    Barring some driver cooling feature, I suspect that a better crossover design would be the only improvement over the big JBls of the 60s and 70s. Looks like a more decor friendly version of the stuff we've heard at concerts for years.

    Given a large enough room, I would be interested.

    The current top-of-the-line JBL home speaker in the US, the K2 S9800, at about $25,000/pair, is considered by the US, British and Japanese audiophile press to be one of the best speaker system in the world.

    Anytime a 25,000 dollar speaker has a textured finish, I wont even listen to it.
