What kind of Polk's are these?

When I moved in six years ago, the previous owner left these in my attic. Can you help me determine a few things?

1. What type of Polk’s are they
2. What might it cost to repair the mid/woofer
3. What are they worth in "fair condition”?
4. Any opinions welcome

The dimensions are 7 1/4 wide x 12 1/2 tall x 8 1/2 deep

One speaker has a blown mid/woofer; there are also some paint specs on them.

    Those are RT3's, from the first RT series. Very nice little speakers. A replacement woofer might run you $30-$40. They might be worth $50-$75, depending on who needs them.

    Just curious. Would that be $50-$75 fixed or not fixed?
