5b's were my first Polks and the 7's are a bit nicer, but the 5b's are no slouch. I'd rate them at about 90% of the 7's.

Here knock yourself out. They have the SL2000 tweeters, not the peerless, same with the 5B's on ebay.

Agree on the 5's performance, very respectable... but need that Peerless...
On these it's the shiping that's a put off.... $45 is high for a pair of 5's.More later,
