    Must...resist...must...resist...

I ALMOST reported this post. You're contributing to the delinquency of a tube minor, and that's NOT cool!

What a deal for $300! Don't resist. Try it. It can easily be resold for that amount.

Seriously, for $300, thats a very good deal. I pulled the trigger right away on mine, at a higher price, and I am one cheap SOB. This is an easy decision.

Well, I guess it's mine. He didn't waste anytime in accepting my offer of $300 shipped.
    Took him 2 minutes.

there is an Anthem Pre1 from Norristown PA I'm mulling over for 485.00 that price sound right?

Well , I think Dangerboy wants it. I'm waiting for him to pm me back. I kinda jumped on this before I thought. I DON'T HAVE THE $$$ RIGHT NOW :o .
I don't want to take a cash advance out, SUX. It is a steal, though. I did notice that it has 2 ins and 1 out. If he decides otherwise, Lou you can have it. I'll just need to recoup the shipping costs plus $300 and I'll throw in a pair of tubes to go with it, since it's not coming with any.

I love mine and at $475 with 4 pairs of tubes, it was the best $$$ I've spent in a while on my rig. So anyone that gets this one from me at $300 + shipping with a pair of tubes is getting one hell of a bargain.

I have seen this very ELP in person and would have no problems with buying it. I almost did so myself, FWIW. As far as I remember, the face plate was not pristine, but all else seemed to be up to par. For the time I was there, it worked great.

    Hey guys!

Been working in the lab all day so I haven't had time to reply.

As far as the Dodd, someone else jump on it. I don't have the funds right now and don't even have speakers that are worthy of tube gear...yet. The 3-way actives I'm building now would cost an arm and a leg to amplify with tubes, and with the setup I'm using it doesn't even require a pre, so only the amplification would be tubes.

Thanks for looking out for a brother!

No problem- I was about to grab that 8 watt power amp, but someone picked it up before me (and I'm not quite happy enough w/ my fostex enclosures yet to be dropping that kinda money to power them).

Anyhow, whoever ends up with it, PM me and I'll pass on some blue label JAN phillips 6922's for $5 shipped.

Lou is getting it. I wish I could keep it for my new ASL wave 20s, that would be sweet. I'll have to wait til the next round. Maybe one of those anthems or the like will show up in a month or two in the $300-500 range.
