Yeah, they're selling the Monster HT amps for almost $4k now, also. I just can't bring myself to even consider anything Monster, except maybe some of their speaker wire if I was in a pinch.

And for only $169 more, the HK335 seems like even more of a bargain compared to the 135 for $330, don't you think???

No question...But still not closeout pricing for either. Those ridiculous prices for the HK2005 and HK7300 were better than anywhere while they lasted. I've seen the 335 online for $460 and refurbed for $375. Still it's always interesting to watch Frys sales :) .

This Fry's store is out of control.....I've seen some killer deals posted here from them. All I can say is that if we had a fry's nearby, I would most likely be sleeping in the truck.... :D

I'm very proud of my self-control as of late. I stayed away all last week when they were selling the R50s for $100/pair and I stayed away when they had the Digital Path HK receiver for like $900 off their regular price a couple of weeks ago, too. That is saying something for me, cause I'm weak when it comes to those kinds of bargains even if I have no use for them

I was measuring my bottom shelf in my oak entertainment center to see if the 7300 would fit (nope). That $1000 debit would have hit my plastic that day if it did. It would have been total overkill. I had that glazed look of a deer in the headlights.

Your self control is very admirable...

    Ditto. Unfortunately, I don't have much ......
I bought the $499 HK 3 weeks ago. It is still staying in the box untouched. Maybe I should bring it back and wait for the 7300 :D

No, definitely not me. If I am going to sell it, I will post here first at the same price that I paid.

I always have hard time to resist "good deal". If no one bids screename's 1.2 at ebay, then it will be steal at $1800 ....... must resist ;)
