I picked this up while on my yearly trip to WYO....it's the actual plate of a family friend that passed away a few years ago. I forgot about asking for it a long time ago.

I heard somewhere that theyd misinterpreted the New Testament and the "number of the beast" is really 669 or something.

Anybody else hear that? Probably a load of BS (Barbara Streisand) but would be interesting if true.

An interpretation is just what someone thinks it says when it's not totally clear. if there's one thing I've learned in religion... everyone in the world can have a different interpretation of the same passage :)

Now, if you're talking about TRANSLATING, that's a little different.

There's alot of conflicting opinion on this issue, but in the end '666' to 99% of that particular faith means don't send a postcard.

I have also read about that issue Mac...it's interesting to read about history.

I drove through Wyoming just a couple of weeks ago on my way back home from Vancouver and I have to say that it's one hell of a beautiful state. I was very impressed. :)

I had a suspicion you were an old altar boy that had not made it through the priests "initiation" unscathed.

    That explains a lot.
