This was listed twice in the past 1.5 month, FWIW. I was also mistaken as Irving, CA.

I offered him $500 a few rounds ago if they didn't sell and he was interested in doing that but I never pursued it. I'm thinking $400 would be a better price due to the bubbling on the PR's.
