Robin Williams has done alot of great movies , but he has the tendency to get on my nerves, also, as does Bill Murray. "Stripes" is a classic, but "What About Bob" grates on me. Everybody has opinions on just about any subject, and my opinion is just that, my opinion. I respect everyone else's, but that doesn't mean I have to agree, but I did notice noone has disagreed with Sly or J-LO.

What about Bob is on my buy list, I think that was a good movie and J.lo played a great "Fly girl" on in living color.
I can't seem to find anything sly did worth defending however.

Cliffhanger is a decent rental if you are looking for a mindless action type flick. Not great but definitely not a dog either and worth the watch.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be combative. I just wanted people to know that I respect everyone's opinions, even if I don't agree with them. But as I said, almost not all. He has done a few that I have enjoyed. Sly did "Rocky", which is classic. The only thing that J-LO has done that I've been able to sit through was "Money Train", and it was so-so. But I didn't take offense to your comments, and I hope none was taken by mine. If there was let me apologize before hand. SORRY, SORRY, SORRY!!!!!!!

So let's recap some of our "Worst Movie Ever Made" list:

    Underworld
    Never Ending Story
    Lord of the Rings
    The Thin Red Line
Apocolypse Now - "Charlie Don't Surf"
    The Village
    The Sixth Sense
    Unbreakable
    Signs
    Rocky IV
    Natural Born Killers
    Star Wars 1
    Star Wars 2
    Last Action Hero
    Tremors
    Volcano
and almost anything with Jim Carey

    Hmmm...

Now I'll admit that there are a few titles on the list above that I don't personally care for, but there's not a title on that list that I could truly say is the worst movie ever made. If we were doing a 'Movies I don't like' thread, that may be different...

But for anyone who truly believes that any of those movies above are the single worst movie of all time........consider yourself lucky, for you've not seen any of the REALLY BAD movies that are out there...and there are plenty of them.

I'll add a few below that I haven't seen mentioned yet. I won't say any of them are the single worst movie ever made, because I'll stand by my initial post and reserve that spot for Gigli...but those below may be good candidates.

    Fron Justin to Kelly
    Baby Geniuses 2
    Children of the Corn
    Power Rangers - the movie
    Spice World
    The Giant Spider Invasion
    Kazaam
    Invasion USA

The worst movie to win an Academy Award. Actually multiple awards, the original Airport. Another highlight in Dean Martin's acting career.

A few years ago my g/f was interested in seeing "Message in a Bottle" that stars Kevin Costner,,this flick is the dregs! Plus the final scene made me laugh..it's not usually funny when someone dies. LOL

Polkmaniac, have you never seen "Plan 9 From Outer Space"? It's a classic about Aliens whose first 8 plans for getting mankind's attention didn't work! They never mention what the first eight plans were. LOL This movie is very funny but was not intended to be. Old Ed Wood flick in which the spaceship is a hubcap (you can see the string it hangs from catch on fire at one point) ROTFL This movie has to be seen to be believed.

The second one was just stupid.

I agree with many already stated, here's a few more:

    Punch Drunk Love-Adam Sandler
    Freddie Got Fingered-Tom Green
Ishtar-Dustin Hoffman (man that was so bad I still remember)
That stupid movie with Yahoo Serious
Throw Mamma from the Train-Danny DeVito
Any movie with Jim Carey except (Sunshine of the Spotless Mind)
Anger Management-Jack Nicholson (what was he thinking)
Anything by the Wayans Bros. especially White Chicks

The rest are so totally forgetable..... I can't remember them and there are a lot more.

Total Recall......even arnold could not stand this movie. By the end his eyes where bulging.

The running man - another stupid arnold movie.

Anything made by silvester stallone with the exception of the 1st rocky.

    Star wars episode 1,2,3,5,6,7.

Freddie vs jason - priceless piece of crapola cinema.

NBk was actually good. The movie's simply misunderstood.
