Nak SR receiver. Not so clean a layout, but this is one of early A/V controlling receivers. Nelson Pass Stasis amplifier section. This thing is a powerhouse and has a very nice open and smooth sound for a receiver. Built like a brick **** house. Not quite reaching the ultimate sound of a nice sperates rig, but damn sweet sounding for a receiver.

I could not see the DACs in the receiver. What DACs does it use?

I think they are pretty much the same. I think ATI is the original manufacutrer (make stuff for Outlaw-except for the Outlaw Monoblocks.). The specs are pretty similar between the two brands. ATI is a more flexible in the numbers of channels offered.

Link to front photo of DT 2000's and as good a review as you will ever read....

http://www.definitivetech.com/reviews/BP2000SR.pdf#search=%22bp%202000%22 You can actually see Julian's slobber on the speaker from all his salivations. I haven't taken the time to truly place them in a room and attest. Sound pretty nice 2 channel. That's as far as I've gone.

Hahahahahaha. Man, you have me all figured out. My wallet is now doomed! My weakness shall be exploited at every turn!

Nah, I have NO room for another rig. I just can't wait 'til I get a house of my own. I'll have a bathroom, kitchen, and at least four audio rooms, whether I have to sleep on the kitchen floor or not. And I'll also have a 8 bay garage. :D

Yeah, I better marry somebody really rich...:p
