Reading Rainbow was a show, hosted by Levar Burton. However, I don't know that it was based off the the Brits "Rainbow"

lol, yes, It aired on PBS for quite awhile, it was actually a good show on reading, no innuendo in that one, I grew up on Reading Rainbow, goodness, time flies...

I know Reading Rainbow is real. I watched that, I'm talking about the show I posted. There is no way that was an actual kids show.
