    Not knowing the circumstances of any of the PM's or anything. Michael DID purchase a couple PSW202's from me....the transaction went flawlessly. The guy was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, as well as email.
    Again, I don't know the whole story.....and I don't care. Just letting you know what went down from my side. I'd deal w/him again.

    The "whole story" is what's covered on page 1......that's all there is to know, aside from the actual number of people that he tried to pawn his stuff off to while they were dealing with other members......

    Not that anyone values my opinion, but I also agree with this 100%. Very sneaky and shady and there's no valid explanation.     Thank god it's easily distinguished here in this forum from the replys posted who of you I need to listen to and take serious and who of you I can disregard completely. Most of you are indeed very friendly and forthcoming and to those of you that I have offended: I am sorry. Won't happen again.

    Surely much can be said about your collectiveness here, and right you are in defending eachother, but crowding the streets on this issue is not for the betterment of the collective. This is/was/has been an issue between Brettw22 and myself in which he could have educated me directly in the etiquette of this forum and after which I would have then apologized profusely to him as I had indeed wronged him.

    But nay, you chose to indiscriminately basoon this to the people and for this, my friend, you will not get an apology from me. You have no skills in human etiquette and resolvement. You could have taken this up with me directly in trying to resolve the issue. There was little reason to blow your horn (must be a small horn btw..) for the masses.

    People: I have obviously made an enemy here, not the best intro for me into this forum. Such is life some times. One cannot win all. Some aren't even worth fighting for. However, I will do my best to respect your site and its founding rules in the future in respect to you all.

    BTW. Thank you to several of you that unknowingly gave me a huge compliment here on my writing. I am not American. English isn't even my fourth language as I was brought up in Europe where we have to know more languages than just the mother tongue. Moved here two years ago. When you were conspiring to try to figure out if I was some other old perp here, it just couldn't be now.....at least that was something positive for me to bring with me today. Thanks!! :-)

    You may not like this having been dragged out into the forum for all to see, but that doesn't mean an apology is due on my behalf. The reason that your actions don't qualify for a nice quaint little PM between ourselves is that you sent out a LOT of PM's to people trying to pawn off your stuff on them KNOWING that they had dealings going on with others.

    You don't get it, and in my eyes, that is broadcasting to me that you will continue to act shady in your dealings here. I won't support those actions from anyone, so don't feel individually victimized here.

    Facts of life.....there is always someone who is goin off the right track. Its upto us to recognize this and do whatever we choose. I got a pm from francis1967 too, but it was a weird kinda advertisement for the LSi9's. Its just that I recognized the (edit: scam) lack of straightforwardness behind it and did not reply. I chose to avoid him. Maybe I just thought it was not worth the effort. Michael, are you worth it?

    Hey, I auditioned both the LSi9, the 15s and also the 25s.

    Can throw the lsi25s out the window with just terrible booming bass. I chose the LSI9s over the 15s because there was hardly any difference in the bass (the lsi9 throw plenty of crisp bass at you...Eagles and Hotel California unplugged was my CD

    The voices and guitar solo was much better on the 9s again. I am very surpriced the 15s slightly lifeless. Both were auditioned with high end krell so no problem with the power.

    So....now for my finale....I have a set of LSI9s that I bought 2 months ago and treated very carefully. They sound even much better now than the ones in the store.

    $650 is my asking. I bought them myself for $900 plus taxes and shipping. They are barely broken in, never played over 10-11 on my amp, mint in new original boxes and manuals etc.


    I am also selling my LSI-C center speaker for $365

    I, too, was pm'ed by Francis, about his LSi's. At first, I thought I had pm'ed him first, and simply forgot about it, but, now, I know that isn't the case. I'm sure he knew I was getting my LSi7's from Kingkip, and I guess he thought he could make the sale instead. While he didn't tell me about Fry's not being an unathorized dealer, or that I wouldn't get the 5 yr warranty, as he apparently told others, I still find this to be very shady. I don't have a problem with someone trying to make a sale, I don't think this was the right way to do it. I'm not out to get you, Francis, I, among others, just don't agree with what you did. Try to put yourself in Brett's shoes. Wouldn't you be royally pissed if you had tried to do everyone a big favor by picking up these speakers for them, only to have someone go behind your back, pm the guys who were buying your speakers, and tell them they should buy his, and not yours? That's pretty bad in itself, but to tell these folks that Fry's isn't an authorized dealer, and that they wouldn't get the 5 yr warranty if they get their LSi's from Fry's, well, that's a pretty motherfucked up thing to say. If that's true...then...I don't know...I just don't know.

    All I know is this, ever since I got dicked over by that guy (NOBALLSCOACH), i'm very careful as to who I deal with on here. The PM's from Francis just didn't seem straight up enough to me. He may have had good intentions, but the way they were worded just screamed SCAMMER!

    Francis, no hard feelings from me dude. I got my speakers from Brett and love them. Brett took care of me and a few others just as he said he would.

    We're all pretty tight on this forum and watch each others back when it comes to dealing with others. If you have something for sale, post it in the flea market for all to see and then you can take it up with those interested parties. Several months back, I had agreed to a deal with someone (see above) and mailed them a check. They then went behind my back and started emailing others to try and sell the items right out from under me although the check had been sent. If it wasn't for someone on this forum who emailed and then called me on the phone, I may have been out of a few hundred dollars. I did lose about $30 on the deal (stop check and overnight mail fees), but atleast it wasn't the full $400.

    Again, you may have had good intentions, but the PMs were not the best way to go about it. Post for all to see, then deal with interested parties behind closed doors.
