We dodged a bullet here as one of our employees was exposed to someone who tested positive. Our employee got tested Thursday morning and the test came back negative today. Quick turn around!! She is a Marine vet and went to the Naval Hospital in Beaufort.

All employees who can work from will do so starting Monday. This includes me.....

Interesting how Ca. is still letting the weed shops stay open. Leave it to Newsom.

I was just remembering all the Hurricane relief that was set up here in Wilm. NC. 1 1/2 years ago I think it was. There were plenty of tractor trailer loads ice, food, TP and just about anything a person needed in that time of need. It was THE BEST relief action I've seen in 30 years being down here.

Where are the truck loads of TP? TP. Charge the normal rate but come on...there's only so much we have at home and then...ingenuity will prevail OR panic. I've yet to hear a single word on the news about producing MORE TP for everybody stuck at home and using more than normal.

TP distribution points, like they had for ICE, water and other essentials after hurricanes would be nice.

Of course, my wife said there was no TP or paper towels in either of the 3 big stores she went to this morning. :/

I'm sure there will be people on the sides of roads with signs asking for TP instead of $$ in about a month or less.

OMG sooner or later all the TP hoarders will stop surely and then the shelves will be allowed to fill up again? I mean it's not like people are p*o*o*ping more.

The TP hoarding thing is stupid. I did find some paper towels, so I bought a few of those. Oddly enough they had the small Clorox bottles, so I snagged a few of those. Ground beef was cleaned OUT. This was Walmart at 5:45 in the morning.

Luckily Bev had just done the normal weekly shopping, just before the moron-fest started.

I don't know. My wife went to the grocery this morning and people had carts full of TP only to be turned away at the checkout because of the two pack limit.

Interesting reporting on Fox with Dr. Oz and another doctor discussing rumors that Corona may have been in the US much earlier than thought. They noted a high number of doctors reporting a "much nastier than normal flu" this year. They think the earliest Corona sufferers were misdiagnosed with flu. Interesting.

Also, at this point, I'm pretty sure I had it already. I had very similar symptoms in January to what they were saying and my doctor told me it was either the flu or whatever nasty bugs the kids were passing around. I got it from the kids who were both sick with it and our of school for 6 days.

I really think I might have had it for 2 or 3 wks in early January. Never had a "bug" go straight into my lungs and present like pneumonia so quickly. I almost went to the urgent care late at night and common sense prevailed because I was in no condition. Fortunately mega dosing liposomal C and nebulizing colloidal silver and buffered glutathione took care of it.

Was afraid that people would think I'm crazy to suggest it could have been coronavirus. I actually hope that it was now and I may be immunized, but I'm not going to bank on that.

I wouldn't be surprised because doctors didn't even know to look for corona virus.

Any comments, @Joey_V ... on your day off, if you’re getting one anytime soon. 😞

Vaccine for the flu doesn't cover every strain. Corona is a flue strain.

There are also treatments for Corona.

If there was such an immunity to the flue, 20k people a year wouldn't die from it. We are shuting down states for under 300 deaths so far.

Most healthy people won't die from corona either if they are treat appropriately and have healthy immune systems.

You can get it more than once, apparently.

Now that you guys mention it, I was diagnosed with the flu several weeks ago and now I'm wondering, too. I haven't had the flu in years, and rarely get sick (knock wood), and my doc makes me take the flu shot each year. Could it have been a mild case? Who knows. Still being careful anyway.
