I found a pair of T50's on CL for $60. How are they for HT, say compared to the RT800's or Monitor 5+ that I use now? Seems like a great price to at least try them out.
And I realize I will need a new center with them.

Hey Jim, can't say how they compare to those speakers, but I noticed the output with the T50 seemed a little low for a given volume. I like them, they're smooth and sound good, but I think your RT800's might be better overall. The T50 only has one active driver.
Like the guys say, for that money, you could try them and turn them around again if you don't like them.
The will probably feel like toys to you, thoughI disabled signatures. -
I'd get them just to listen, if I didn't like them then like Skip said turn someone else into a Polkie.Just a dude doing dude-ly things
