10' MIT Shotgun S2 BiWire - Trades for Shotgun S3?

Hi all - long story short, I bought these 10' Shotgun S2 biwires here from Mikeyb128 and though I have tried six ways to Sunday to get them to stretch (kidding) they are about 10" too short for my rig, which is more or less fixed in position. Grrr.

Great condition, box is rough. Soo - I sez to myself... self... I wonder do any of you fine Polkies out in Polkville have a 12' set of MIT's you want to trade me for? These are biwires, but I don't need biwire specifically (was just planning to run both connectors to my bnding posts).

You could trade up from your S3's to my S2's for the price of shipping (I'll pay mine, you pay yours?). Or trade up to biwire if you need it on a set of S2's? Want to downgrade to S2's and I'll add a little to sweeten the pot? :wink:

1. I definitely need at least 12' (well, technically only about 10'10" but it might as well be a mile). Open to longer lengths of course - we can work out details.

2. Would like to stay in the Shotgun family as I have two sets of Shotgun S3 RCA's already.

    Let me think it over....I really like the luxury of having some leeway with my 12ft.
    Also, one set of speakers I have just have the single binding posts.....Is it a way that I could make the bi-wire work with the single post speakers?

    Thanks for considering dhart - totally understand, you never know when you might want that extra leeway.

    Not sure about the single posts - you might be able to stack spades, but that doesn't seem like the best solution... might not be the best fit for you.

    I did this with recommendation from f1nut, lower half spades and top half bananas on single binding posts.

    Can't you remove the spades and re-termintate the two similar leads to one spade?

    I did that with my old Bi-Wire Signal Ultra's when I picked up the Focal's. Worked very well.
