Placed a turntable on a middle shelf on a signle audio rack.....and have this placemet be functional? Im guessing the spacing between shelves would have to be around 12". (??)' but I dunno. I am nearing completion of my room and my mind is wandering towards gear and rack ideas...

    Kevin, have you seen the VTI racks? they normally come with a bottom base and then a 13" + 9" + one or two 7" shelves. And you could put the 13 near the top with the 9 and 7 more towards the bottom, to give you some extra room but still seems a pain.
