So after hearing these 703's/704c for a weekend and just being blown away, now I can't help but wonder what else I can do to make my system better. Here are my components:
- Technics 1200 turntable
- Cambridge 640p phono preamp
- Onkyo TX-NR809 receiver
- Carver m1.5t amp
So if you could make a recommendation on upgrading something that would improve audio quality, what would it be? And any ideas on makes/models? Let's say my limit on an individual component is....$1,500. Less for a phono preamp. No ideas are out of bounds.

Oh I know, I'm just a little overwhelmed at how much of a difference these speakers make.
And yes, I've been listening all weekend and I can't believe how many new things I've heard from songs I've listened to a thousand times over. Amazing. -
Look into room treatments. Depending on what you listen to a subwoofer like rythmik F12.
