Hey Guys,

I'm selling my Cherry LSI'7, they are less than a year old and in perfect condition. I have the original box and can ship anywhere within the US. $350 for them both, shipping included in the price.

Quick bump and an update. Can't include the stands, using them for the FX's that I decided to keep. I'll knock $25 off the price. Remember, shipping is included.

This is a long overdue bump, just moved to a new house that I installed in ceiling surrounds and I’m putting the FX’s back on the market. Shoot me a PM if interested.

You're selling your 7s or a pair of FXs? Confused (and always looking for some more FXs hehe)

    100 POST RULE PLEASE!!!

  • I'm not buying or selling anything but was just wondering, in the read here before you post thread it says "You must have a total post count of 100 (contribute to the other parts of the forum) before you can sell anything in the "For Sale (FS) Classifieds" or "Garage Sale" forums."

But It doesn't say anything about a post count to buy. I'm not trying to give anyone a hard time but am just asking for some clarification on the rule please. So I don't make a mistake someday heh.
  • Hello,
The idea behind limiting the participation in both selling and buying items, on the forum, to members who had at least 100 meaningful postings is to be able to give a reasonable confidence level about the person buying and selling items.
    Regards, Ken
  • Congrats on 4000 posts! :)

But what I meant though is the rule that I posted above only says to sell but nothing about buying, someone might want to edit that to make things more clear.

Maybe in the forum transition the part about buying was left out on accident.

I'm more than happy to wait for 100 to buy or sell though

Thank you Farkenhostile, the rules are clear to sell...But where does it mention you need to have 100 posts in order to buy? Sending him a PM message on my intent to purchase these are against the rules?? Please clarify....

At this point it's pretty much up to the seller. Before the forum "upgrade", you couldn't even access the FM to see what was for sale without 100+ posts. That unfortunately has been removed. What some of you guys don't seem to understand is our FM is not a CL or Ebay. It is a place that based on trust of knowing who you are dealing with (by forum participation) it's pretty certain that the deal will go off without a hitch. On top of that, deals/prices are offered to people we know/like or have interacted with are offered. Sad what it has turned into IMO...

  • I don't think anyone is arguing about the rule Ken, I even agree that its a good idea. I was just suggesting that maybe the rule itself could be added to the official rules that are posted so that issues like this wouldn't happen.
