Amp for my RT 10's

Well I have had my RT 10s sitting in my room unused for about 11 months now. So I was trying to figure out what to do with them and I don't want to sell them. So what kind of amplifier should I look for to run the RT10s on a computer set up? I'm not sure this would work out well being towers and all but I can always get some of the new RTi bookshelves if it doesn't go well.

So what brands should I look into? Say I spend no more then $400 for either one two channel or two mono block amps. I'm not really up to speed on amplifiers. This would be hooked up to a sound blaster live. The main reason I want a good computer set up is I have a guitar port and can use my guitar through the computer and out to a set of speakers without damaging them.

I have seen Marantz MA 500 and MA 6100 monoblocks for about $150 each. Some adcom, rotel amps too. But If I buy used I won't be able to audition the amps at all and this is why I'm asking for some advice. The RT 10s are not the most demanding speakers but if I get some bookselves I may splurge on some LSi's or M&K has some new bookshelves that are ported and go down to 30 Hz +/- 2 dB (corner loaded) which would be good enough without a sub for music and games I would think.

Any help would be appreciated, I just hate to see those RT 10s sit silently.
