Identifying a 1980's speaker model

I have a pair of floor Polks measuring about 37.5" high, 15.5" wide and 12" deep. It has 2 metal tweeters at the top, 3 midrange ~6" and ~12" (or 10") woofer at the bottom.
I thought they were S6's but the dimensions dont match on your vintage models PDF for any of the S series speakers. I need to get a new crossover cable (is that the correct jargon?) for it or make one. The mice have been busy
Any help is greatly appreciated about the model and how to get a cable and connectors.
Thanks,
Bill

Sounds like a pair of SDA 2. Never heard a pair, but they should sound very good.
If it has the small blade/large blade interconnect cable, they come up for sale fairly frequently here and on flea-bay. Not sure, but Polk may even have them available. Hopefully, someone will chime in who knows for sure.
And set out the mouse traps or rent a cat!

Hey, welcome to CP! Lots of good info here on vintage Polks.
They sound like SDA-2's. Do they look like this:?
Their model name, "SDA", stands for Stereo Dimensional Array. The cable is necessary for the SDA "effect" to work. Vintage SDA's are really special speakers, and there's a lot you can do to get more out of them.
If the cable you need has 2 flat metal prongs (called a blade-blade), you can get it from Polk. Just call customer service and tell them your a CP member. If the cable you need has 1 flat metal prong and 1 circular prong (called a pin-blade), you'll have to look on ebay or make one. If it is a pin-blade, the blade is only there for physical support. To make one, just use a good quality RCA cable and remove the "petals" from the pin so that it goes in the hole far enough.2-Channel: PC > Schiit Eitr > Audio Research DAC-8 > Audio Research LS-26 > Pass Labs X-250.5 > Magnepan 3.7's

Thanks all. Yes thats what they look like. The connectors are blade-blade. Are they called crossover cables? I'm wondering what to tell customer service I need.

You need to ask for a blade/blade Interconnect Cable [IC] for SDA speakers. Recently when I called the blade/blade IC was still available for (I think) $40. Pin/blade IC was no longer available.
