Denon 1911 speaker adjustments resetting

My brother has a Denon 1911 and every time the avr is turned off the channel adjustments are reset to 0. All the other settings stay exactly as we set them ex.(x-over, delay, lfe). I've searched all over for an answer but haven't come across one. Anyone have any experience with these Denon's?

    I have experience with the 1910, which is basically the same unit. However, I've not experienced what you're describing.
