Cleaning an Amp?

I cracked open my newly acquired Kenwood M2 and noticed that it is dirty as hell inside. It has a thick layer of dust on just about everything. I was thinking of vacuuming everything I can get out of there first and then getting busy with Q-tips and a watered down alcohol solution. The dust is caked on. I have wiped some off with my fingers and I dont think suction is going to get it all.

Never cleaned the inside of an amp before. Any tips?
