I like America's got Talent... some really unique and talented people on there.. although.. when they say "i've never done this or that before" it makes you wonder how they got so good at what they do. like Susan Boyle.

I also like that show Wipeout.. just senseless fun.. and who doesn't like watching someone get clocked?

I really like Modern Family too
PolkFest 2012, who's going>?
Vancouver, Canada Sept 30th, 2012 - Madonna concert

I tend not to watch TV but if I see a talent type show or home improvement show it catches my interest.

    Bones
    Fringe
    Family Feud
    Yard Crashers
    Pawn Stars
    Rizzoli & Isles

I listed several - I know you said favorite, but these are the only shows that even get us to tune in (unless maybe it was one of the better Law & Order episodes, or one where we have forgotten how it ends) Picking a favorite among them is difficult.

Absolutely anything on The History and Discovery Channels.......anything!

I also enjoy trying to catch a nip through the static on any of those "higher numbered" channels...It's like Where's Waldo for adults.

Mad Men and Breaking Bad are 1 and 2 in whatever order you wish.

Friday Night Lights was probably 3 until it ended last week.

I enjoy lots of other not-so-heady stuff too. Bones is fun. All the Thursday night NBC comedies are good but 'Parks and Rec' (which was awful in its first season and somehow became one of the best shows on TV after that) and Community are heads above the rest. Modern Family is also good.

Oh, and ARCHER on FX is probably the funniest show I've seen in a decade. No lie.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

    The Universe
    Pawn Stars
    Antiques Roadshow
    This Old House
    Castle
    Blue Bloods (w/ Tom Selleck)
    The Big Bang Theory
    Reruns of Seinfeld
    The Daily Show
    The Colbert Report

Most any HBO produced series. HBO owns our household, they suck you in with vampires and fake movie stars, then plop gangsters, kings, and dragons into your lap. We are in pre-mourning about Entourage, that was the series that got me hooked on HBO.

Friday Night Lights was probably one of the top 5 best tv series of the past 5 years. Sad that so few people watched it and even sadder it got passed over at Awards time. Have found Burn Notice on USA to be entertaining,c'mon' it's got Bruce Campbell for Pete's sake, lol. Love Parks and Recreation on NBC:)

Modern Family IMO is by far the funniest show on television. I also watch Whale Wars and The Walking Dead. I always get sucked into Finding Bigfoot for some reason as well.

Current favorites. There are others that I've fallen behind on like House or the show is up in limbo like Spartacus and The IT Crowd (UK) not to mention shows that I just haven't had the time to get into like Falling Skies, Game of Thrones, Hawaii Five-0, and Modern Family. There's just too many shows to keep up with while trying to maintain an active lifestyle.

    Dexter
    True Blood
    Boardwalk Empire
    Mad Men
    Breaking Bad
    The Walking Dead
    Castle
    Covert Affairs
    Burn Notice
    Fringe
    Supernatural

First couple seasons were decent, then you're right, it just got same ole same ole with the sex and potty humor....not that there's anything wrong with that! But, it just got so predictable. I'll give it a look when the new Charlie appears but not holding much hope for it.

Based on the # of shows some of you watch it makes me wonder when you have time to listen to music:confused:
Yep, my name really is Bob.
