What is this bridgeable option? The adcom 7500 is 150W 8 ohm or 220W 4Ohm"mono blocks"..my Front speakers are Rti10 that run @ 4ohms..im currently using the 7500 for my front 3 speakers and using th SC-25 for rears.Im just wondering if i could use the 2 channels on the 7500,that im not using,to give the Rti's some more juice..Possible?...thanks guys

The RTi10's are 8 ohm loads, not 4. Your Adcom is a 5 channel amp, I don't think it is bridgeable.

Your already giving them plenty of juice. If you want, throw those extra 2 channels to the surrounds.

I know it says 8 Ohms on Polks site, but have you read this?

But even if the Rti's 10's are 8ohms,the Adcom 7500 says its bridgable

    Plenty of power.

I had that same amp. Don't compare receiver watts to an amps. Are you getting the distorion lights to flicker?

If the distortion lights don't flicker you are not over driving it. Even if they flicker just a little you are OK.
    Enjoy.

You should read that thread again. As pointed out by one member, sticking a VOM into the binding posts will not give you the nominal impedance.
