Monitor 12's $250 on CL? good deal

I saw these on my local Craigslist and was curious what people thought of them. $250 does not seem like a bad deal. i am sure they are not held in the same regard as the TL's.

Rear - RTiA3's
Center - CSiA4

    That's a good price if they are in good shape.
