Caught them live last night at a small theater here in town. This is the second time I've seen them live, and have enjoyed both shows tremendously. There's a lot of hate for cover bands out there (and much of it well justified.) These guys are the exception to the rule in my book.
They obviously don't come close to Zeppelin in regards to talent on stage, but they really do a great job of looking and sounding like the band. They seem to manage to hit all the notes, chords, riffs that "count".
They even sat down for a couple of acoustic songs, complete with mandolin, including Going to California.
I thought it was a lot of fun, maybe b/c I went into it expecting exactly what I got. I'm curious what you guys that have seen them think.

I saw Zoso last year at a small theater and thought they were really great considering the shoes they had to fill. I always recommend them. I had a chance to go see them at The Chicago House of Blues, but passed. I will see them again though
They are one of two favorite Zep cover bands I enjoy.

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Yea, I've heard a ton about them as well! I'll have to youtube some clips when I get home (it's blocked here.)
Tickets for Zoso were 12$ at the door. I most definitely got 12$ worth of music (they played a little over 2 hours.)2007 Club Polk Football Pool Champ
