    Hey Geoff, I don't have any but am curious about what you're working on now. By the way zardoos sold me a pair of newer style 6511's to replace the blown ones. I covered them in dynamat just as you had the originals and the 1C's are just like they were before my unfortunated mishap. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for some 09's for you.

    Thanks Kelvin. I appreciate it. I just picked up a pair of 1986 SDA SRS 2's. I will post pics (and beg for 6509's) here shortly in the Vintage Speakers section. The 1986 models use all 6509's. If I can't find any here, and Polk doesn't carry a brand new set of 8, I may start working on converting the speakers to the 1987 model. This had the same crossover and drivers as the SDA-1C (6510's, 6511's).

    Glad the SDA-1C's are back up and running. It's hard to go without music for too long!
