I stand behind everything I said about the Fins except for that part about Henne being our QB of the future. Not so sure I'm buying that now...........he sure didn't look like the QB of the future for us this season.

Giants better just worry about Rex Grossman and the Redskins

Only way the Bears starters play more than a half is if Atlanta losses to Carolina and New Orleans losses to Tampa Bay. Crazier things have happened. Both those games are at noon and Bears at 3:15. Last game for John Fox with Carolina and Tampa isn't out of the playoffs yet.

Sigh........I'm sure you're right. That defense is starting to come together, we really just need a good QB leading the way on offense.

Well - the Chargers are out. I can at least break free of the post season emotional investment of seeing them self-destruct....so, that is good thing!

Sadly though - I've read that "Dork" Turner got a contract extension.

Oh well, with how the Chargers ended, they'll get a higher draft pick and an 'easier' schedule next year.

Right now, its hard to figure out the post season....more teams are figuring out how to stifle Vick and the Eagles, and the Falcons are not invincible, the Pats are hot right now, but maybe they are peaking too soon? The Chiefs will crumble in the Post Season, and wtf...the Rams may win their division with a losing record?

    Should be interesting....

Love me some Bears...but reality says that offensive line is just too weak to carry them.

And much like all year... nary a mention of the Falcons. For shame.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Yep, they did well this year, but the playoffs is another story. I hope we can go all the way, but probably not.

It won't be the Ravens. They will get bounced in round one or two. The Patriots look like the team to beat.

I was pretty much right about my Colts from day 1. For the most part they're getting it done on offense, but the defense is suspect. Oh well, at least they kept the playoff streak alive!

I think they have a good chance against the jets, but that may be as far as they go. They don't match up well against the Steelers and have not played them well recently.

Ultimately it doesn't matter though. Does anyone really 'believe' their team can beat the Patriots?

I don't know if I said it hear or what....but at the beginning of the year I said that with the addition of the new tight ends, it was the end of the Randy Moss era and back to the days when the Pats were winning Super Bowls, nothing flashy but effective as hell. At the time, I didn't see the Moss trade coming but when it did, I thought it would be a good thing.

No team is invincible but I like the Pats chances....it's unlikely that they are going to beat themselves.
