I went out of town and I unplugged my power strip(that has all my audio stuff plugged into it) because I was going to be out of town for a while. I came back, plugged everything back in and now my sub will not turn back on. I have tried more than one plug so that is not the problem. Everything else is working fine, my psw350 will just not turn on. The green light on the back will not turn on, and I am not getting any base out of the sub.

The sub is just over a year old now.

Is there anything that I can try, or do I just need to send it in to get it repaired.

Thanks for the help!

if has a removable power cord, is the cord plugged all the way into the subwoofer? Other than that, i dunno - contact Polk CS

Logic would point to a fuse or circuit breaker, given 1) you performed a 'power; operation by turning everything off; and 2) you now aren't even getting the green power light.

Of course, M is correct.. first things first.. make sure the power cord is connected.
