DLK's sound darn NICE! And with a NAD receiver as a bonus is a great deal.

They should be a great pairing too.

If I was closer, I'd offer 80 because of the no grills issue. ;)

These are awesome speakers, and really show what the EMIT tweeters can do. I heard one a long time ago, and they are head and shoulders above almost everything else I've heard.

No price, I'm not sure enough on which model of the RT series these are to say.
No price makes me think that maybe they're free?
Same seller, these are listed at $100.

That's a rather odd looking speaker box. Not the most popular design.
It has a quad of 6x9's inside of it.
Wow, I haven't seen one of those in ages. Its a 4th-order bandpass design. That little box can crank pretty loud in a hatchback. I remember there were few shops in the area that carried the full or higher end Polk car audio products. I remember the old MM series components with the mid/tweeter pods.

I remember hearing those AR-9's for the first time when I was walking by an audio salon near campus when I was in college, they were playing Deep Purple live and I actually thought there was a band playing. WIth that said, I picked up a free (almost) pair of AR-9LSi's I think they were and it turned out to be much more work than I envisioned to get them going and they went bye bye

Admittedly I did not know SAE made speakers too! I had an SAE rig back in the day! These need some love. $385, seems a bit high, IMO.

Nice speaker wire too. Lol. I still have a SAE amp in the closet. Mark IIIa (IIRC) and used to have a 2900 preamp. They also sold phono cartridges of which I acquired one with a broken stylus and got a Soundsmith level three re-tip. The cart is actually a rebranded Coral 777 a fantastic cart and with the Soundsmith retip it is top shelf indeed.

Well we ended up getting them, I mean the price was right regardless. The AR9's are missing all 4 12" woofers and need reforming on the 8" mid-Bass speakers. Now as for the JBL 4411's other than missing the grills it looks like they only need refoams on the 128h 12's to get them going......
Also original owner and she had all the manuals.
