I was expecting the OPPO 205 to arrive today. Knowing today was gonna be a long-ish day I wasn't expecting it to be delivered first thing in the AM . . .
So I'm in the driveway, squaring some things away before I leave for the day. A guy pulls in asking "Are you Glenn?" . . .
Turns out the OPPO was delivered to him (about a mile away) and being a good samaritan, thought he'd drop it off. Cool! OPPO is in the house!
10 hours later, I pull in the drive and see a box on the porch. Turns out the box is for the same dude I met in the AM. Drove it over to him and everything's wonderful in FedEx world
FedEx Christmas deliveries should prove interesting . . .

I once had my Polk FXiA6 surrounds I bought here on this forum delivered five houses down. Nice old lady who lived there was sweet enough to let me know to come get them from her. If it would of been some of the other houses by hers,who knows what they would have done? Peace. I know it doesn’t help if you got a really good deal on something, but fedex and ups have GPS tracking that shows the exact location where the package was last scanned. Yesterday I received the boxes from @gmcman containing my VTL pre, via USPS, signature required. I worked from home that day just so I could sign for it, but the package was left at the front door without signature.
About an hour later, the mail carrier came back by and asked me "was one of the packages supposed to have a signature? Could you please sign for it?" So I signed.
