February kinda sucks here, weather-wise -- but June is usually pretty nice.

^^FYI, my Motorhead ID has nothing to do with the band, but everything to do with classic muscle cars.

But still, why do you find it necessary to disrespect Lemmy like that?

Because he is a Stokie! :p (Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire)

I've spoken to Lemmy a number of times and we always got along spiffingly. I have been a Motorhead Fan since "Ace of Spades" was released. That double-bass drum, ya know. HAHAHA

Also, I am the one who posted that 442 pic you saw. ;)

I lose $500.00 on 5 hands of blackjack, now that is stupid money.

At least you played the game and HAD A CHANCE of turning that 500 into a lot more! ;)

Heard a story this week of someone playing blackjack for the first time. Didn't know he could change his only chip, which was black, so one hand and done. (on a $10 table)

On the other side -- I turned my $100 into $720 Thursday morning at Treasure Island in Vegas in a roll that lasted about 40 minutes. ;-)
That was my second and only session for the week of work there. First session I was up early by $80 and quit even. Didn't play anything else that trip.

Or, as they're known where I come from: rockfish.
Fun to catch & good to eat, they are -- no matter what you call 'em :)

A good Father's Day activity from my perspective.

Smallmouth and largemouth bass aren't actually, technically (phylogenetically) bass -- they're sunfish*, interestingly enough.

    Striped bass are actually bass.

That right there is 120wpc @8 ohms of angry pixy production! Ready to duke it out against the NAD 2400PE for total audio domination at the Festivus Casa de la caca. Looser gets demoted to garage duty.

Edit: forgot to mention what exactly the pic is.

As a kid,we used to go out on the Chesapeake Bay off New Point and catch those using a spot rigged through the back so it would swim without dying..A striper of 50 lbs was quite a common catch..had to scale em with a garden hoe..Very good eating too..
