FM capable preamp

Looking for a replacement for the yammy in the garage rig. Not looking for anything too expensive considering the environment it'll live in. Must be remote capable. Anyone have a suggestion? eBay isn't being helpful.

Sorry man i know they had a few with tuners and remote. Personally I never had one but they should be darn cheap.

eBay is being more forthcoming with the Adcom brand, and you're right, they aren't that expensive, especially compared to any NADs with the same functions.

Had an adcom gtp-500 back in the day. Nice unit that should go for around $100 these days.

I just added the Sangean FM tuner to my system. I wanted something that was HD radio capable. It has digital outputs and the sound quality is better than the tuner in my B&K Pre/Pro
    Gustard X26 Pro DAC
Belles 21A Pre modded with Mundorf Supreme caps
B&K M200 Sonata monoblocks refreshed and upgraded
    Polk SDA 1C's modded / 1000Va Dreadnaught
Wireworld Silver Eclipse IC's and speaker cables
Harman Kardon T65C w/Grado Gold. (Don't laugh. It sounds great!)

I've been thinking about picking one up to replace my Mcintosh 7084 as I know HD radio sounds a lot better in my car. I'm thinking that HD fm should be an improvement over even a decent sounding standard fm tuner.

Customer service is great too. My Harmony wasn't recognizing it and when I called, a live person picked up on the second ring. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up any HD signals (drawback of living in the mountains) but being better sound quality and easier to blaze through channels made me decide to keep it.
