Sound bar powering off

My Polk Magnifi powers off after 1 minute of good sound. Please help

    Mine got into a power cycle loop after I connected it to wifi. They had me unplug it from power for 30 minutes and power it on. For me this did not work and the only fix was for them to send a replacement unit. I have not connected the new unit to wifi and have had no further power cycle issues.
