I am selling my Yamaha CX 2 preamp. It is in excellent condition and works as it should. Include original box and packing owners manual, and often missing Yamaha learning system remote. The CX 2 was made 92- 97 and was part of group that included the CX 1 as well as the MX 1 and MX 2 power amps. These were top of the line units and very well built using Yamaha's new approach to design called Top Art a philosophy they still use today..
The CX 2 features 7 inputs plus a very good MM/MC phono stage. It also has bass and treble controls with defeat as well as a subsonic filter . There is also a record out selector and a Pure Direct mode. High quality Alps pot is used for the volume control and all gold plated jacks on back. . In great shape. Asking $275 Thanks
