If so can I come over and help you eat it? I just ate a turkey sandwich from last Thanksgiving and it was kindda gross.

We do have Easter here, one of only a scant few holidays that line up with the American ones. And yes pineapple on/in a pizza is divine, succulent and tasty!

What? They let you have Easter up there? That pizza thing is one reason why you hoseheads shouldn't be allowed to have Easter. I am writing my congressman to have him put a stop to this.

I bought 2 rib roasts and 2 hams. I got 5 16oz. "steaks" from the first rib roast. I was going to cook a ham today, but a friend invited me for a ham dinner Tuesday, so today it's the last of the 5 rib roast steaks. Then I'll head into town later this week and take my mother out for Easter.

Did brisket for the first time on the kamado. Overall it turned out pretty damn good. The family was pleased and that is all that matters to me.

Mom, at age 93, wanted lamb for Easter.
Took a road trip to make it for her, my brothers & their kids.
